摘要
大蒜是百合科属植物的鳞茎,具有多种药理作用,如抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、免疫以及抗肿瘤作用,其中抗肿瘤作用的机制不尽相同,其在抗肿瘤方面有着广阔的前景。
Allium （ Allium sativum L. ） is a kind of buld which belongs to liliaceae. It has some pharmacological actions, such as antibiosis antivirus antioxygenation and antitumor, which has many different mechanism. And suggested that allicin has wide foreground in antitumor.
