风险投资所投项目主要是科技企业和高新技术项目。陕西科技始发性资源十分丰富,风险投资业具有广阔的发展空间,但规模普遍偏小,类型各异,运作失范,投资盲目且短期行为严重,始终未脱离国资背景和政府框架。近年来不仅发展缓慢,甚至有淡出倾向。有限合伙制是一种公认的现代风险投资模式,被美国、英国等广泛采用,陕西风险投资业若能借鉴引用,对进一步激活资本市场具有很强的现实意义。
