摘要
加快新农村建设,必须以发展农村经济、提高农民收入为核心,以农业规模化经营为突破口,充分挖掘农业自身的活力和潜力,降低农业生产成本,提高农业生产效率,使农业逐步走上规模化、专业化、产业化经营的道路,为新农村建设打下坚实的经济基础。
To accelerate the new rural construction, it is necessary to develop the rural economy and raise the farmers＇ income, to take the agriculture - scale operation as the break through point, to tap the vitality and potential of the agriculture, to reduce the agricultural production costs, and to raise the agricultural production efficiency, to cause the agriculture, to step into the formalization, specialization and industrialization path gradually. Only in this way, we can build a solid economic foundation for the new rural construction.
