摘要 目的探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin在大肠癌的表达,及在大肠癌发展、转移等生物学特性中的作用。方法收集大肠癌组织62例和25例正常大肠组织,用免疫组织化学SP法检测survivin的表达情况。结果62例大肠癌组织,35例sur-vivin表达阳性,大肠癌组织阳性表达率为56.4%,而在正常大肠组织中不表达。而且与肿瘤的病理分期、淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),与浸润深度没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论Survivin基因在大肠癌中呈高表达,检测survivin基因的表达可以预测大肠癌的恶性程度和预后。 Objective To explore the expression of suvivin and its mechanism in the proliferation of eolorectal neoplasms. Methods The survivin protein expression in eolorectal neoplasms ( n = 62) and normal eolorectal tissues( n = 25)were detected using immunohistoehemistry(S-P method). Results Survivin did not express in normal eolorectal tissue. The positive rate of survivin was 56.4%. There was significant correlation between pathological staging and lymph node metastasis but no significant correlation with invasive depth. Conclusion The expression of survivin is high in eolorectal neoplasms, and detection of survivin may predict the malignant degree and prognosis.
