摘要
研究了重选法回收某高碳质金矿石中金的工艺流程。试验采用单一摇床、螺旋溜槽粗选-摇床精选以及旋流器离心脱碳、脱泥-摇床精选3种重选流程,均取得了较好的选别效果。3种流程均可有效富集矿石中的金,回收率可以达到75%~80%,金精矿品位迭60~80g/t。
The paper introduces the experimental research on gold recovery from high-carbon gold ore with gravity concentration. Three gravity concentration processes of singular ration-table concentrator cleaning separation and cyclone cen table concentrator separation, spiral chute rough sepatrifugation decarburization deslime-table concentrator cleaning separation are tested, and all of them achieve high separation indexes. The gold recovery rate is 75% - 80% and the grade of gold concentrate is 60 - 80g/t.
