摘要
目的总结指背筋膜逆行岛状皮瓣急诊修复创伤性指端皮肤缺损的疗效。方法选择17例2—5指指端皮肤缺损患者，彻底清创后根据指端皮肤缺损的创面于近节指背设计皮瓣，将皮瓣反转覆盖创面，供区以全厚皮片移植并打包固定。结果术后皮瓣均成活，外观良好。11例患者术后经过3-12个月随访有一定的浅感觉恢复。皮瓣术后肿胀5例。静脉危象1例，皮缘浅表感染1例。结论指背筋膜逆行岛状皮瓣一次完成手术，成活率高，厚薄适中，外观良好，浅感觉恢复较好，住院时间短，适用于急诊修复创伤性指端皮肤缺损。
Objective To summarize the effect of emergent repair of traumatic fingertip skin defect with reverse digital dorsal faseial island flaps. Methods Flaps were designed and incised based on the defective skin of fingertip to repair the wound reversely after thorough debridement. Skin grafts were applied to cover donor defects. Results All flaps were completely healed with good shape and some degree of superficial sensation. Complications included 5 flaps congestion, 1 venous crisis and 1 superficial skin infection postoperatively. Conclusions Reverse digital dorsal faseial island flap is a good method to repair fingertip skin defect due to these advantages such as single stage reconstruction, proper thickness, good shape, short hospital stay, some degree of superficial sensation resume and so on.
