摘要
利用低温(<300℃)等离子化学气相沉积技术(P-CVD),在活塞环表面生成双向扩散的金属陶瓷复合层,试验和实际运用表明该技术能提高活塞环的表面硬度、耐磨性、导热性和韧性,并降低金属磨擦系数,从而降低活塞环的工作温度,减少变形,提高气密性,改善发动机整机性能和排放,提高活塞环的使用寿命。
Low temperature ( 〈 300 ℃ ) P- CVD technology was used to form two -way diffusion metal ceramie composite bed on the surface of piston ring. Test results and application indicate that this technology can improve the surface hardness of piston ring, as well as wearability, heat conductivity and toughness. Moreover, it can help to decrease coefficient of metal friction and thus lower the working temperature of piston ring, reduce deformation, enhance gas tightness, improve the overall engines' performance and emission and extend the service life of piston ring.
