摘要
用定标比超分析法对高校定标比超的内涵和内容、步骤与方法、使用等进行研究,列出高校实施定标比超过程中需要注意的问题。通过南京大学学科领域定标比超对象分析案例,对高校定标比超分析方法进行评价,指出这种方法的优势和不足。
Benchmarking is one of the most popular analysis techniques of the strategic management. In this paper, the benchmarking is applied to the strategic management in the institution of higher education. Its basic ideas and meanings are introduced. The paper also discusses its connotation, content, procedure and methods, meanwhile, it points out the problems to be noticed in benchmarking. Eventually, this paper makes an evaluation on the method of benchmarking analysis and shows its superiority and weakness by the case study of the benchmarking objects analysis on the disciplinary domain in Nanjing University.
