缺氧水解-生物接触氧化工艺处理玉米淀粉废水研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了缺氧水解-生物接触氧化工艺处理玉米淀粉废水过程中温度、pH值、进水负荷对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,缺氧段在pH值为6.5~7.0,温度为26~30℃条件下,CODcr去除率为70%;好氧段在pH值为7.5~8.7,温度为25~32℃,进水COD浓度为1700~2600mg/L条件下,CODcr去除率为80%~94%。玉米淀粉废水进水COD平均浓度为10000mg/L,出水水质COD可达到42~77mg/L,CODcr总去除率可达到99%以上,处理效果显著,运行稳定。 The corn starch wastewater was treated by the method of hydrolysis-acidogenosis and Biological Contact Oxidation process. The effect of temperature, pH and inlet COD concentration on the treatment efficiency of starch wastewater was investigated. The results indicate that the removal of chemical oxygen demand(CODcr) is about 70% on the anoxic condition that the pH from 6.5~7. 0 and the temperature from 26~30℃. The results indicate that the removal of chemical oxygen demand(CODcr) is about 80~94 % on the aerobic condition that the pH from 7.5~8. 7, the temperature from 25~32℃ and inlet COD concentration from 1 700~2 600 mg/L. The average inlet COD concentration of starch wastewater was about 10 000 mg/L,the outlet COD concentration was about 42~70 mg/L,the technology total removal of CODcr was above 99 %, the treatment effect is remarkable and the running was stable.
