摘要
世纪之交,天津的发展面临诸多挑战,但伴随着滨海新区的开发开放上升为国家发展战略,也幸逢前所未有的机遇。滨海新区产业结构的调整,需要关注产业集群化的形成；作为相对独立的“一组城市”,要实现由“天津市的经济增长点”向“环渤海地区的经济增长点”的跨越,既需要关注产业的多样化和产业集群的多元化,考虑内部的联动关系,更需要关注京、津、冀三地之间的地区联合。
At the turn of the century, Tianjin＇s development accompanied by the development of Binhai New Area as the national development strategies, has caught an unprecedented opportunities in development, at the same time facing with many challenges, In the adjustment of ndustrial-structure,the industrial cluster concerned s to advance from ＂Economic growth point of Tianjin＂to＂Economic growth point of Central Bohai Sea＂. thus we should take the industria diversification and pluralism of the industrial cluster as well as their interactive relationship into consideration, but also should we focus it as a joint of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province
