摘要
风险管理是项目管理的重要内容之一,也是项目成败的关键因素。结合EPC总承包项目的特点,以系统论和全面风险管理理论为基础,分析了风险的产生过程,应用层次分析法对EPC总承包项目的风险进行识别和评价,提出了EPC总承包项目在不同实施阶段风险管理的对策。
The risk managemem is one of the important contents of project management,and also the key aspect concerning the success or failure of the project. This article, toking into consideration of the characteristics, of EPC primary contractor project based on the system theory and the comprehensive risk management theory, analyzes the risk-generating process estmates its risks through the application of analytic hierarchy process and proposes the risk management countermeasure against EPC primary contractor project in different implementation stage.
