石门电厂锅炉“四管”爆漏分析与治理 被引量:1

摘要 对石门电厂一期2×300 MW机组锅炉“四管”爆漏情况进行了分析,认为102钢材质缺陷、磨损、超温、蒸汽吹灰器吹损、水质结垢及制造安装缺陷等是造成爆漏的主要原因。对此,提出了相应的治理措施。实施后,锅炉“四管”的安全可靠性提高,2005年锅炉爆漏记录为零,冶理效果显著。 The situation of burst - leakage concerning 'four kinds of tube' in boilers of 2×300 MW units in first -phase project of Shimen Power Plant has been analysed. It is believed that the main causes resulting in burst - leakage to be as follows : defects in quality of 102 steel t worn - outj over - temperaturei blowing damage by steam soot blower ; scaling caused by water quality; defects in manufacture and installation; etc. For these, corresponding remedial meausres have been put forward. After implementation, the safety and reliability of 'four kinds of tube' in boilers have been enhanced, the record of burst- leakage of boilers in 2005 to be zero, having remarkable remedial effectiveness.
