摘要
使用QM-4H球磨机干式制备了贵州坡缕石矿物的纳米粒子并对其纯度进行了检测。将其用于原位生成法对酚醛树脂进行了添加改性,利用JEM-2000FXⅡ型TEM进行了在树脂中分散状态的表征。结果表明坡缕石纳米粒子通过表面修饰、超声分散和机械搅拌可以获得在聚合物中较为均匀的粒子分散度。复合改性后的树脂经NETXSCHSTA409热分析仪作TG分析,高温耐热性得到提高。
Guizhou palygorskite mineral nano- particles were prepared by the use of drytype ball mill QM- 4H and their purity was tested. Situ method was used for the addition of modified phenolic resin, JEM- 2000FX Ⅱ type was used in the TEM characterization of the resin dispersion. Results showed that a more uniform dispersion of particles in polymers for palygorskite nanoparticles through surface modification, ultrasonic dispersing and mechanical agitation. The high- temperature thermal endurance property of oomposite resin was enhanced after being modified by NETXSCHSTA409 thermal analyzer for TG analysis.
