摘要
复合顶板下层软岩极易失稳,按常规的顶板控制措施开采不仅易发生安全事故,而且开采出的煤含矸率高,应用岩石破断分析系统(RFPA2D),通过数值模拟总结出复合顶板离层、冒落、垮落的特征和规律,从原煤生产的源头上采取切实有效的措施,以合理的顶板支护方式与回采工艺,确定出合理的开采层位,不断降低煤炭资源的含矸率及灰分,实现煤炭清洁生产。
The soft rock under the complex roof is easy to lose the stability. With the conventional roof control measures, the solt rock is not only easy to make a accident, but will have a high ash content to the coal products. With the application of rock breaking analysis sys tem ( RFPA^2D ), the numerical simulation concluded the features and laws of the complex roof parting, failure and failing. The real effective measures were taken from the beginning of the raw coal production. Base on the rational roof support method and coal mining technology, the rational mining layer location was set up.
