摘要
详细分析了振动对高速锭子的影响,提出加强阻尼、提高其承载能力的措施,并从降低噪声和功耗要求方面,指出锭子上支承轴承直径和锭带盘直径偏大易造成能源浪费。要实现棉纺锭子高速化,必须改进轴承设计,提高锭子加工和装配精度,重视锭子磨合走熟期,使用优质纱管。只有高速锭子具有良好的实用性和经济性时才能被纺织厂所接受。
Details analysis is done to the vibration impact on the high-speed spindle. Some measures are put forth increasing damping and capacity. Conclusion is made that big diameter for upper bearing of the spindle and the spindle disk will cause energy waste and big noise. High-speed spindle for cotton spinning requires modificaion of bearing structure and increase of precision machining and assembling of spindle. Phase-in period of spindle and quality tubes application must not be ignored. Textile mills accept those high-speed spindle with practicality and economy profit.
