摘要
目的检测抗FSH抗体在不同年龄段男性中的分布趋势,分析FSH、LH、T和FTI的增龄性变化,并探讨不同年龄男性体内抗FSH抗体的存在与这些激素水平间的关系。方法分别采用放射免疫法和本实验室建立的抗FSH抗体ELISA检测法评价192例不同年龄段男性血清FSH、LH、T和SHBG的水平及血清抗FSH抗体,并根据血清总T和SHBG水平计算游离睾酮指数(FTI)。结果60~89岁组的男性抗FSH抗体阳性率显著高于18~59岁组(P<0.05)。血清FSH和LH水平与年龄呈正相关(r=0.305,P<0.001;r=0.246,P=0.002)。血清T水平和FTI与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.461,P=0.000;r=-0.407,P=0.000)。男性体内抗FSH抗体的存在对血清LH、T、FTI和SHBG水平无明显影响,但60~89岁组男性抗FSH抗体阳性血清的FSH水平显著低于抗FSH抗体阴性血清的水平(P<0.05)。结论抗FSH抗体的存在与男性衰老可能存在一定关系,具体机制尚待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the existence of anti-FSH-antibody and explore the age-related changes of serum FSH,LH,T (testosterone) and FTI (free testosterone index) in the men with different age groups. The influence of anti-FSH antibody on reproductive hormones in men was also evaluated. Methods The levels of serum FSH, LH,T, SHBG and anti-FSH antibody in serum samples collected from 192 men were detected by RIA and ELISA which were established in our laboratory respectively. FTI was calculated based on serum total T and SHBG levels. Results The positive rate of anti-FSH antibody in the age group of 60 - 89 years was significantly higher than that in the age group of 18 - 59 years ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was positive correlation between age and the concentration of serum FSH or LH (r = 0. 306,P = 0. 000 ; r = 0. 246,P = 0. 002). Meanwhile, a negative correlation between age and level of serum T or FTI was found (r = -0. 461 ,P = 0. 000;r = -0. 407, P = 0. 000). The anti-FSH antibody in men might be no effect on the levels of serum LH, T,SHBG and FTI ,but in the age group 60 - 89 years ,the serum FSH level in the positive samples was remarkably lower than that in the negative samples ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The anti-FSH-antibody in men might involved in a certain physiologic process of male ageing.
