摘要
文章针对我国汽车企业逆向物流的发展,探讨了如何运用SWOT矩阵分析法,确定汽车企业逆向物流目前面临的外部的机会和威胁,以及内部存在的主要优势和劣势,从而对汽车企业逆向物流的发展提出建议。
Aiming at the development of the automobile reverse logistics in China, this paper analyses the external opportunities and threatens that the enterprise reverse logistics faces, and the inner advantages and disadvantages by using SWOT method based on these analyses, and gives some suggestions about the development of the automobile enterprises reverse logistics.
