摘要
本文根据黄土高原地区治理的长远计划和远景发展目标,通过总结历史经验和失败教训,针对黄土高原地区水土流失严重的实际情况,对生态环境恢复与重建的综合措施(包括工程措施、生物措施、耕作措施和农业措施)在黄土高原地区推广、应用效果及其前景进行了综合分析,提出了黄土高原地区水土保持与生态环境恢复和重建的具体对策,为决策部门提供科学依据。
Based on the long-term management plan of loess plateau, integrated measures of restoration and reconstruetion of eeologieal environment ( ineluding engineering measures, biology measures, euhivable measures and agrieuhural measures) were put forward aeeording to the praetieal instanee of srious soil erosion at loess plateau. At the same time, the extension, applying reauhs and perspectives in measured of loess plateau integrated were analyzed by summarizing historieal experenee and lessons. Some eountermeasure of ecological environment restporation and reeonstruetion at loess plateau were brought forward, whieh would provide seientifie bases to decision-making department.
