摘要
针对汽包水位测量对象的复杂性,从基本的物质平衡和能量平衡关系出发,深入分析了汽包水位对象的特性,将汽包水位的变化解析为汽包中饱和水量和饱和汽量综合作用的结果,从而建立了一个300 MW机组自然循环锅炉正常运行时的汽包水位软测量模型。经仿真验证,该模型可以较好地反映汽包水位的变化。
According to the complexity of drum level measurement, the characteristics of drum level is analyzed from perspectives of substance balance end energy balance. Variations of drum level are transformed into the comprehensive result of saturated water volume end steam volume in drum. A soft-sensing model for natural circulation of drum-boilers level is suggested. Simulation results show that the output of soft-sensing model fits well with the practical drum level variations.
