摘要 设计了高压聚乙烯堵头注塑模,论述了模具结构特点和工作原理。该模具采用五板结构,3次分型,一模两腔,点浇口进浇,推件板推出塑件。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作方便,成型塑件质量好。 The Injection mould shaping casing cap of high pressure polyethylene Is designed. A dissertation is made on the structure characteristics and the operating principle of the Injection mould. The structural form of Five Plates, thrice break the mold, twain mould cavities, feeding by pin.point gate and pushing out plastic parts by stripper plate are adopted on the mould, The mould is compact in structure, credible and easy in operation. The quality of castings produced is high.
