摘要
利用L9(34)正交试验设计和Duncan法检验,确立了木槿花的花、叶中黄酮的最佳提取条件及其含量测定。结果表明,用1:15(g/mL)的50%乙醇水溶液,提取温度为70℃,提取时间为1h时提取效率较好。在该提取条件下,花、叶的黄酮含量分别为5.32%、1.81%。
In this paper studies on extracting method and production of Hibiscus syriacus L. Flavonoid in orthogonal test 1..9(34)are made. The results of the experiment show that the extracting condition of that good yield of flavonoid could be obtained by 50% C2H5OH solution at 70℃ for lh with the solid-liquid ratio 1:15(g/mL).Extracted by the optimum extracting conditions, flavonoid content in flowers is 5.32%, in the leaves is 1.81%.
