摘要
目的探讨位置的偏离对腰椎体模及人体腰椎骨密度的影响;方法用美国LUNAR公司生产的DPX-MD对体模分别于正中位、左偏1cm位、右偏1cm位、左偏1mm位、左偏2mm位连续扫描各25次;及对16位正常人群腰椎分别于正中位、左偏位、右偏位进行扫描;结果体模正中位时的骨密度最接近正常值,位置偏离时结果下降;人体正中位时腰椎骨密度值最高,偏离时结果下降;结论位置偏离可以导致腰椎体模及人体腰椎骨密度的下降。
Objective To fred out the influence of position deviating on bone mineral density for the QC PHANTOM and the lunbar vertebrae. Methods The QC PHANTOM is selected individually on centre and deviation to measure still twenty-five times and sixteen body are selected to take AP view of X-ray of L2-4 to measure with the Dual-energy X-my bone mineral density. Results Bone mineral density of the QC PHANTOM on centre is adjoined normally, but the position deviating are influenced bone mineral density declining Bone mineral density of the lumbar vertabrae on centre are hightest, but the position deviating are influenced bone mineral density declining. Condustons Bone mineral density of the QC PHANTOM and the lumbar vertebrae are declined for the position deviating.
