The purpose of enterprise's CRM is to find out the trend of customers service from the customers data analysis. CRM based on data mining supplies a intelligent system that collects and analyzes customer data using kinds of means, and can help the enterprise making customer development strategy effectively, providing customized service for customers, and improving the efficiency and ability of decision making.
