生物瓣膜置换术治疗老年心脏瓣膜病35例分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的总结35例老年心脏瓣膜病患者行生物瓣膜置换术治疗的临床经验。方法回顾分析2001～2006年35例60岁以上老年心脏瓣膜病患者行生物瓣膜置换术的临床资料。结果35例均治愈出院，随访1～60个月，无死亡病例，心功能Ⅰ级13人，Ⅱ级17人，Ⅲ级5人。结论60以上老年人行生物瓣膜置换术治疗，效果良好。
