The influence of gastrointestinal preparation for PET/CT imagic quality

摘要 目的:探讨胃肠道准备对腹部PET/CT影像诊断的影响。方法:回顾性分析476例腹部做PET/CT检查的患者,383例在PET/CI检查前应用654-210mg肌肉注射及饮水500-1000ml,对照组93例未进行胃肠道准备。对两组所得图像进行比较。结果:在383例行胃肠道准备的患者中,有13例出现胃肠道干扰影像,占3.4%(13/383);而93例未进行胃肠道准备的有18例出现胃肠道干扰影像,占19.4%(18/93),两组比较差异有统计学意义(X^2=31.31,P<0.05)。结论:胃肠道准备可明显提高腹部PET-CT检查的图像质量。 Objective:To study the influence of gastre-intestinal preparation (GIP) on imagic quality for PET-CT. Methods:476 eases of abdominal PET/CT were analysed. 383 cases of abdominal PET/CT were prepared the gastrointestine before examination, 93 eases as control groups were not prepared and compared the image quality in two groups. Results: 13 cases of gastrointestinal image were intervened in 383 eases with gastro-intestinal preparation. 18 eases of image were intervened in 93 cases without gastreintestional preparation. There is significance difference between preparation and non-preparation before PET/CT examination. Conclusion: It is important to prepare the gastrointestine before abdominal PET/CT examination and reduce the interfere factors of image quality.
