超声引导下肌间沟法臂丛神经阻滞的临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下肌间沟法臂丛阻滞对于上肢手术的麻醉效果及安全性。方法60例肌间沟法臂丛神经阻滞下上肢手术患者,随机分成2组,A组30例,超声引导下肌间沟法臂丛神经阻滞。B组30例,肌间沟法臂丛阻滞(对照组),均采用1%利多卡因+0.25%布比卡因合剂。结果A组与B组差异明显,(1)痛觉阻滞起效时间A组明显短于B组;(2)麻醉效果A组优良率100%大于B组优良率87%;(3)局麻药用量A组在10~15ml之间,明显少于B组25ml;(4)A组未发生并发症及不良反应,B组3例。结论超声引导下肌间沟法臂丛神经阻滞能明显提高麻醉效果及安全性,值得推广。 Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of ultrasound-guided interscalene brachial plexus block in upper limb operation. Methods 60 patients undergoing upper limb operation with interscalene tracheal plexus block were divided into two groups (30cases each group). Interscalene tracheal plexus blocks operated in group A were guided by the ultrasound,while Group B was not ( control group).The anesthetics were 1% lidocaine mixed with 0.25%bupivacaine.Results The onset time of block was significantly shorter and the volume of anesthetics in group A was significantly less than that of in group B. The fineness rate was higher (100% vs87%) and the complication or side-effects in group A was significantly less than that of in group B. Conclusion The safety and efficacy can be improved significantly when interscalene brachial plexus block is performed under ultrasound guidance.
