LASIK术中角膜瓣并发症的处理 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨LASIK手术中不成功瓣的原因及处理方法。方法观察我院行LASIK不成功角膜瓣的近视患者再次手术疗效,17例病人,分别于LASIK术后即日$江西省人民医院准分子激光中心!南昌,3300068个月再次行LASIK或LASEK治疗。原始屈光度-3.0～-8.0Ds。结果2次术后半年所有病人裸眼视力均提高,除1例因上皮内生,矫正视力较术前下降1行外,其他裸眼视力均达到术前矫正视力。结论对LASIK术中角膜瓣并发症需根据不同情况运用不同方法行2次手术,以使手术更安全,有效。
