摘要
介绍了合成葡萄糖酸锌的各种方法,并对其方法的可行性进行了述评.其中间接合成法具有流程短、费用低、产品纯度高的优点.本文在制取葡萄糖酸的基础上,在适宜条件下使其与氧化锌反应制得葡萄糖酸锌.通过红外光谱和熔点测定对产物进行表征,研究了反应条件对产率的影响,得出合成葡萄糖酸锌的最佳条件.
In this article the methods of synthetic of zinc glueonate have been introduced and the feasibilities of them have been reviewed. We couclude that the better method is the indirect France synthetic zinc gluconate, because this method has the advantage of short flow, low cost and high purity of products. We synthesize the zinc gluconate on the basis of glucose acid and then characterize it through infrared spectral and melting point measurement, A number of conditions have been researched on thc effects of zinc glueonate off rate. Finally,we obtained the best condition of synthesizing it.
