摘要
欧盟的区域标准化举措在逐步消除内部技术性贸易壁垒的同时,给区域外带来的负外部性已经严重影响到包括中国在内的其他国家的企业向欧盟的出口。而我国企业技术创新水平的落后也已经影响到企业和国家的全球竞争力。因此,笔者尝试将欧盟标准化元素作为技术创新的信息源,从理论上为我国的出口企业探讨一条可行的技术创新路径,以期在提高企业技术创新水平的同时,减少欧盟标准化带来的中欧贸易摩擦。
While standardization harmonization in the EU has gradually removed the technical barriers to trade within the region, its negative externalities have exerted severe impacts on the exportation of goods from the outside to the region, with China being one of the countries suffering great losses, Another challenge that Chinese enterprises are facing is its low technical innovation capacity, which has been decreasing their competitiveness in the international market. Therefore, the author attempts to kill two birds with one stone： establishing a theoretical model that employing the EU standardization elements as the information input in the Chinese export - oriented enterprises＇technical innovation, and hope to reduce the sino- EU trade friction in EU standardization while increase the industry＇s technical innovation level.
