微波辐射合成β-萘丁醚的研究

摘要 采用微波辐射技术,以β-萘酚、氢氧化钾和正丁基溴为原料,在溶剂二甲基亚砜(DMSO)存在下直接合成β-萘丁醚。研究了各反应物的摩尔比、微波辐射功率、辐射时间等因素对β-萘丁醚收率的影响。实验结果表明,微波辐射可以促进β-萘丁醚的合成,在微波辐射功率520 W下辐射35 s,β-萘酚、氢氧化钾和正丁基溴的物质的量(mol)为0.018、0.022和0.018,DMSO为20 mL的优化条件下,β-萘丁醚的收率可达96.1%。 β- naphthol butyl ether was directly synthesized from β- naphthol and n - butyl bromide using the dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) as solvent under microwave irradiation. By a single factor test, effects of ratio between reactants, microwave power, irradiation time et al on reaction yield were examined. The experimental results showed that microwave irradiation can enhance the yield of β- naphthol butyl ether. Optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: n(β-naphthol), n (potassium hydroxide) and n (n - butyl bromide) is 0.018 tool, 0.022 tool and 0.018 tool, respectively. Account of dimethyl sulphoxide used is 20 mL. Microwave power is 520 W. Irradiation time is 35 s. Yield of β- naphthol butyl ether achieves 96.1%.
