摘要
研究了攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿电选尾矿为原料的纯碱融熔-酸浸和石灰焙烧-酸浸,P(204)-煤油萃取、盐酸洗杂、氢氧化钠反萃提钪的工艺及粗钪的提纯精制技术,取得了钪的分解率为89.8%和82.15%,萃取率约95%,铁的洗脱率99.54%,钪的反萃率99%的结果,反萃得到的氢氧化钪经提纯精制,可产出纯度为99.90%的Sc2O3。
Studies were conducted on extraction and refinery of scandium from tailing produced by electrostatic separation of Panzhihua vanadium bearing titano magnetite. The process included caustic fusion or lime roasting, acid leaching, solvent extraction using mixture of D2EHHA and kerosence, hydrochloric acid washing, stripping with sodum hydroxide solution and refining of crude scandium. Results were obtained as follows: scandium decomposition rate 98.0% for caustic fusion, 82.15% for lime roasting; solvent extraction rate of scandium up to 95%; iron washing rate 99.54%and stripping rate of scandium 99%.The purity of scandium oxide product obtained by refining of stripped scandium hydroxide is 99.90%.
