摘要
本文采用均匀试验和正交试验两种方法对X射线荧光光谱分析钼铁合金中各元素含量的最佳条件进行了选择,并作了比较。通过标准样品的测定结果说明,正交试验选择的分析条件优于均匀试验.其最佳分析条件在实际应用中得到较满意的结果。
Abstract The paper selectes and contrasts optimum conditions to analyse each element contant in ferromolybdenum with X-ray fluorecene spectroscopy with both methods of uniform and orthogonal tests. The determination results show that the analysing conditions selected by uniform test have an advantage over orthogonal test. and the results are satisfactory in actual application.
