摘要
初步研究了1株薛氏丙酸杆菌(Propionibacterium shermanii)代谢物在不同pH值下的抑菌活性,以及该菌在不同质量浓度乳酸钠和葡萄糖培养时其生物量、还原糖含量、pH值和抑菌活性的变化。结果表明,丙酸杆菌代谢物在pH为6.0时,12 h内对恶臭假单胞菌可完全抑制,随着pH值的升高,代谢物的抑菌活性降低;丙酸杆菌在含15 g/L乳酸钠+5 g/L葡萄糖的复合碳源培养基中培养菌体干质量最大,达到3.13 g/L;培养初期还原糖消耗很快,2 d内耗糖占总还原糖的70%以上;pH值是有机酸产生和消耗相平衡的结果,培养基中葡萄糖含量越高,培养液的pH值越低;乳酸钠和葡萄糖对代谢物的抑菌活性有显著影响,在含15 g/L乳酸钠+5 g/L葡萄糖的复合碳源培养基中,代谢物抑菌活性最高,达到36.4 AU/mL。说明15 g/L乳酸钠+5 g/L葡萄糖的复合碳源培养基是最优培养基。
The antibacterial activity of the metabolites different pH values. The biomass, reducing sugar, pH and of Propionibacterium antibacterial activity shermanii was studied at were also studied in the higher the content of glucose in culture medium,the lower the pH value the lowest pH was obtained with 20 g/L glucose alone and the highest antibacterial activity 36.4 AU/mL was obtained with 15 g/L sodium lactate and 5 g/L glucose. In a word,15 g/L sodium lactate and 5 g/L glucose is a best culture medium.
