摘要
目的:确定SysmexXE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪检测网织红细胞六项指标参数正常值范围。方法:用SysmexXE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪,对172名正常成年人(男女各半)作网织红百分比(RET%)、网织红细胞绝对数(RET绝对值#)、未完全成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)、低荧光强度(LRF)、中荧光强度(MRF)和高荧光强度(HRF)六项参数正常值范围调查,并将所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:RET%:男性(21~51岁)1.20±0.36,女性(20~49岁)1.12±0.31,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05),合并后172名RET%为1.16±0.34(0.48~1.84);RET#(×109/L)为:男性60.1±18.(922.3~97.9),女性50.1±14.(021.1~78.1),两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);IRF:男性5.7±2.(80.1~11.3),女性4.6±2.(30~9.2),两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);LRF和MRF的网织红百分数在男女之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。HRF两组差异无显著性(P>0.05),合并后HR(F%)为0.4±0.(40~1.2)。结论:网织红细胞六项参数成人正常值范围的测定范围随性别、仪器等有差异。因此,各实验室应建立正常值参考范围,为网织红细胞各参数在实验室操作和临床应用方面提供必要的依据。
Objective: To establish the reference range of 6 reticulocyte parameters. Methods: With Sysmer XE- 2100 hematology analyzer,we randomly studied 172 cases of healthy adults(half male and female) on reference ranges of reticulocyte ratio (RET%), reticulocyte count (RE#), immature reties fraction (IRF), low fluorescence ratio (LRF), middle fluorescence ratio (MRF) and high fluorescence ratio (HRF). Results: RET%: male (age 21 -51 ) was 1.20±0.36, female(age 20-49)1.12±0.31 ,there was no significant difference between each age groups(P〉0.05), unite RET% 1.16± 0.34 (0.48-1.84); RET# (×10^9/L): male 60.1±18.9 (22.3-97.9),female is 50.1±14.0 (22.1-78.1), there was significant difference between each age groups(P 〈 0.05); IRF: male is 5.74-2.8(0.1-11.3),female is 4.6±2.3(0-9.2), there was significant difference between each age groups (P 〈 0.05); on LRF,MRF and HRF, there was signficant difference between each age groups on LRF and MRF(P 〈 0.05),except HRF(P 〉 0.05), unite LRF% is 0.4±0.4 (0- 1.2). Conclusions: There is no significant difference between reference ranges of 6 reticulocyct parameters with some references. But sex, analyzer and so on are correlated with the counting results of reticulocyte parameters, so the establishment of this reference range is necessary by laboratory itself for the operation of laboratory and clinic study.
