摘要
通过对万能渐开线齿轮测量仪采用虚拟仪器技术进行改造的实例,介绍了万能渐开线检查仪虚拟仪器化的硬件组成、程序实现过程以及误差调整。经虚拟仪器化改造后,提高了仪器的测量效率和测量精度。
With the example of using virtual imminent technique to rebuild a kind of universal involute inspect instrument, the hardware constitution, program implement and error adjustment of the instrument are introduced. The application results show that the measuring accuracy and efficiency of the instrument after virtualization rebuilding are increased.
