摘要
通过分析一例含噪化工信号,介绍一种经济简便的对连续信号采样的方法。首先使用扫描仪将记录纸上的信号曲线转化为数字图像文件,并进行预处理;然后用列平均法得到曲线上各列的纵坐标值,再按照一定比例转化成实际信号的幅值,这样间接得到了原信号的离散采样数据,并且将其保存为mat文件,最后用Matlab提供的小波函数进行去噪、恢复原信号。这种方法不需要任何额外设备,因此很适用于那些需要进行信号分析却没有数据采集系统的小型装置。
By analyzing a chemical noisy signal, a method which can sample continuous signal simply and economically is introduced. Firstly, a digital image file is acquired by scanning a signal curve, which is printed on record paper. After pre-processing and using method of average, Y-coordinates amplitude of every column of the curve are obtained. Then, according to a certain proportion, they can be converted into practical signal amplitude. So the discrete sampling data are obtained indirectly and saved as a mat file. Finally, using the wavelet toolbox offered in Matlab, the original signal is denoised and reconstructed. The method developed here needn' t any additional equipment, therefore it is suitable for those production units which need signal analyzing but are lack of discrete data sampling system.
