摘要
对冲板流量计的测量过程进行试验分析。在实验数据的基础上,辨识出该冲板流量计的传递函数。建立了冲板流量计的动态模型,用simulink工具箱模拟了瞬时冲击信号、连续冲击信号和间断冲击信号,分析了三种不同信号下冲板流量计的测量精度。实验表明按照冲板流量计动态特性的要求使用冲板流量计,是保证测量正确可靠的关键。同时对冲板流量计在工业上的应用提出了相应的建议。
The measuring process of the impact weighers is analyzed by experiments. Based on the experimental data, the transfer function is verified and the mathematical model is set up for the impact weigher. Afterwards, the instantaneous impact signal, continuous impact signal and discontinuous impact signal are simulated with simuhnk toolbox, the precision of measurement of the impact weigher is analyzed under different signals. The experimental results indicate that measurement following the dynamic characteristic of the impact weighter is of great significance to guarantee the correctness and the credibility of the measurement.
