摘要
通过长达3年的标准养护试验及50℃热水加速老化试验,对比研究了以粉煤灰、硅灰改性普通硅酸盐水泥为基体、普通硅酸盐水泥为基体和快硬硫铝酸盐水泥为基体的三种GRC复合材料强度及耐久性,并分析了GRC复合材料的成本及环境效应。研究结果表明,以粉煤灰、硅灰改性普通硅酸盐水泥为基体配制GRC,具有后期强度高、耐久性好、成本低及环保等优点,是一种具有广阔应用前景的GRC配制技术。
Through 3-year tests of standard curing and accelerated aging in 50℃ water, comparison research is carried out on the strength and durability of three GRC compound materials which are mixed with flying ash and silica fume modified ordinary Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement or sulphoaluminate cement respectively; and their cost and environmental effect are analyzed. Research results show that the first GRC material above-mentioned, with the advantages of high later-strength, good durability and low cost as well as environmental protection, will have a wide application future,
