针织物组织结构对散湿性的影响

摘要 测试了由同种棉纱织成的不同组织结构的6种针织物达到饱和吸水后在恒定温湿度条件下散湿曲线,用差分法发现曲线由3段组成,并得出了每段的回归方程。织物的组织结构对前两段,即直线段和幂函数段无明显影响;而主要影响最后一段,即指数衰减段的指数b2,表现为:织物越厚﹑越紧,指数b2越小,散湿越慢,这部分水占织物重量在10%左右。 The water adsorption cures of six kinds of fabrics knitted from the same cotton yam were got. With the help of difference, it was found that each curve was made up of 3 parts, and the regressive equations of each part were got. The results tell us that the stitch and structure of the fabric have no obvious effects on the first two parts, i.e., linear and power-law parts, but on the last exponential part. The thicker and tighter the fabric is, the smaller the exponential is.
