摘要
对某拟建重选-浮选工艺的磷矿选矿厂进行了尾矿库溃坝的环境风险分析.溃坝发生的条件是特大暴雨条件下坝坡抗滑安全系数达不到要求;溃坝将使地表纳污水体总磷指标严重超标、受到污染,可能出现富营养化的生态恶化趋势.在未考虑人员伤亡情况下,尾矿库溃坝风险值达1.8×10-2,明显属于不可接受范围,应严密防范.
Environment risk analysis of dam debacle in tailing pond in rainstorm for construction of phosphorite benefieiation plant with the craft of reelection - flotation was studied. When the safety factor against sliding of dam slope fell short of the demand in heavy rainstorm, dam debacle happened; it would make the total phosphorus badly overstep the standard and the received surface water contaminated, even possibly, zoology exasperate trend made by superfluous nutrition would turn out. Without considering injuries and loss of life, the risk value of dam debacle in tailing pond reached 1.8 × 10^-2 and was obviously unaccepted. Hence, it should be strictly kept away.
