摘要 目的:为气血生口服液方药优选提取工艺条件。方法:以黄芪甲苷、人参二醇、阿魏酸、甜菜碱、多糖、干浸膏为指标,采用均匀设计优选其半仿生提取法(简称SBE法)的工艺条件。结果:3煎用水的pH值依次为3.7,6.5,8.0,提取时间为4.2h。结合生产实际,确定其SBE法工艺条件为:3煎用水pH值依次为:3.5,6.5,8.0;3煎时间依次为:145,70,40min。结论:简单易行,适合工业化生产。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the technological conditions for the extraction of Qixuesheng oral solution. METHODS Using the even designment to optimize the extraction conditions of the semi-bionic extraction(SBE) for Qixuesheng oral solution,with astragaloside IV, panaxadiol, asafetida acid, betaine, polysaccharide and extract weight taken as the indexes. RESULTS The pH values of the water for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd decoctions are in order of 3. 7,6. 5,8. 0 and the extraction time is 4. 2 h. According to the productive practice, determining the technological conditions for SBE: the pH values of the water for the 1 st,2nd and 3rd decoctions are in order of 3. 5,6. 5 and 8. 0;and the extraction times are 145, 70 min, and 40 min respectively. CONCLUSION The optimized procedure is simple and easy to do, it suits for industrial production.
