摘要 随着全球化竞争的日趋激烈,当代企业必须更加灵活、有效地生产用户所需的产品,而在产品设计中,缺乏对产品功能设计的描述,这就限制了产品的知识表达、传播、共享。文中从产品知识表达存在的问题出发,提出了基于本体的产品知识表达四层模型,即结构层—行为层—基本功能层—元功能层,给出了各层本体的表示模式。最后以洗衣机为例,给出它在四层模型中的表示和OWL描述。结果证明把本体引入产品知识表达中是合理的,四层模型中各层知识表达模式的相互补充,更加完善了产品的知识表达。 Globalization of market competition becomes increasingly drastically,so enterprise has to produce products more vividly and effectively to meet the customer' s needs. But the lacking of the description of product function design in the product design limits the product knowledge representation,dissemination and share. Because some problem.s are in the product knowledge representation, so gives the four layers to solve it, which contains the structure layer, behavior layer, basic- function layer and meta- function layer. It provides the representation scheme for the ontology of four layers. Finally, take washer as an example to give its model of representation of the four layers,and describe it with OWL. The result proves that it is reasonable that ontology is introduced. The each scheme of knowledge representation complement mutually in four layers of models,which makes the product knowledge representation more perfect.
