摘要 要提高火电机组热效率,就要提高蒸汽压力和温度参数,因此发展超临界、超超临界机组是必然的。为此,综述了国内外超临界和超超临界技术的发展历程和各阶段的技术特点,并对未来的发展作了介绍。指出了发展超临界和超超临界机组应该关注经济问题、金属材料的发展和焊接问题,重点介绍了超临界、超超临界锅炉用新型铁素体和奥氏体钢种的发展情况和部分新钢种的高温性能。 To improve the thermal efficiency of thermal power generator sets, the steam pressure and the temperature parameter should be raised. Consequently, the development of supercritical and ultra supercritical units is inevitable. This paper reviews the development course of the said technique at home and abroad along with the technical features of each stage, and introduces the development trend. It is indicated that attention should be given to economic problems, metallic material development and welding in developing supercritical and ultra supercritical units. A detailed description is also given of the development of new ferritic and austenitic steel types for supercritical and ultra supercritical boilers as well as the high-temperature performance of some new steel types.
