摘要
介绍了评价中间车端部结构防侧面碰撞性的方法。通过对电动车组轻量化不锈钢车体结构及接合部位实型体的冲击试验,评价了端部结构的变形和防撞性,并采用有限元分析进行验证。结果表明,这些方法是有效的。
The methods to evaluate the crashworthiness of the end structure of intermediate vehicles against side collision is described. We tested a lightweight stainless steel carbody structure of EMU and partial real size body structures to evaluate the deformation and crashworthiness of the end structure, and applied FE analysis to verify the crash tests. As a result, it was confirmed that these methods were effective for the evaluationof the crashworthiness of intermediate end structure against side collision.
