室外涂料对山毛榉木材气体渗透性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过比较山毛榉木材在4种室外用涂料涂饰前和涂饰后的气体渗透能力,研究木材弦向和径向的气体渗透能力的变化。结果表明:漆膜可较好地保护木材免受空气和水的侵害,经4种涂料涂饰后,山毛榉木材的气体渗透值均有所下降;溶剂型涂料的气体渗透性能比水溶性涂料差,色漆比清漆更难渗透;山毛榉基材弦向的气体渗透能力在涂饰前和涂饰后均比径向略大。 The coatings can protect the exterior wood from being invaded by air and water. Wood is a kind of material with a lot of porous so it can be permeated by gas and liquid. When the coatings are used in wood or porous structures, it should give complete blockage of liquid permeation while at the same time should have ability to release out water vapors. This paper researches the influence of four kinds of exterior coatings on the gas permeability ability of beech in the direction of radial and tangential. The experimental data prove that the film can protect well the wood from being invaded by air and water, and these four kinds of coatings all reduce the gas permeability of beech after coating. The solvent-borne coating is more airtight than the water-borne and the colour coating is harder to be permeated than the varnish. The gas permeability on beech substrate in radial direction is a little stronger than that in tangential direction in any case of before or after coating.
