摘要
目的:评价电压对烤瓷镍铬合金表面镀金层性能的影响。方法:按电压0.6~1.2V将试件分为7组镀金,目测淘汰色泽不合格者。用划痕法测试镀金层结合强度,用扫描电镜观察镀金层截面。结果:电压0.6V、1.1V、1.2V组色泽不合格;0.7~1.0V组镀层结合强度随电压增大而增大;电压大者镀层致密均匀。结论:镀金时应使电压维持在一定范围内以保证镀层拥有令人满意的色泽;在此电压范围内,镀层结合强度随电压增加而增大,且电压大者镀层致密均匀。
Objective To investigate the influence of voltage on performance of gold coating on the surface of Nickel-chromium alloy. Methods All test pieces were divided into seven groups randomly according to the voltage( 0.6-1.2v).Then they were gilded. We observed the colour and sifed the unqualified test pieces; measured the interfacial adhesion and bond strength of the gold coating by scratch test;observed the cross-section of the test pieces by SEM. Results The colour of the groups (0.6V,1.1V,1.2V) were disqualification. The interfacial adhesion and bond strength was augmented when the voltage was augmented in the remanent groups.The gold coating was compact and homogeneous when the voltage was augmented. Conclusion We should keep the voltage in the round when gilding for geting the satisfied colour. The interfacial adhesion and bond strength was augmented when the voltage was augmented in the round.
