肝移植术后并发颅内出血

摘要 近10年来，随着移植技术的不断提高，肝移植已在国内外广泛开展，并成为治疗各种终末期肝脏疾病最有效的方法。然而，术后并发症是造成肝移植后患者死亡的重要原因之一，其中颅内出血是肝移植术后一种严重的神经系统并发症，虽然临床上发生率并不高，但治疗困难，病死率很高。我们综述肝移植术后并发颅内出血的国内外研究报道，以期引起对此致命性并发症的重视。
