摘要
目的:测定辽宁地区不同产地五味子中五味子醇甲的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent1100LC液相色谱仪,色谱柱:ZorbaxeclipseXDBC18,150mmi.d。流动相为甲醇:水(13∶7);检测波长为250nm;柱温为30℃。结果:辽宁省各地五味子中五味子醇甲的含量均大于药典规定的0.4%,质量均合格,其中以本溪所产五味子中五味子醇甲含量最高。结论:本实验方法简便、准确、重现性好。
Objective: To compare the schizandrol A contents of Fructus Schisandrae of different origins in liaoning - Province. Methods: The Content of schizandrol A was determined by RP- HPLC, Lichrospher Zorbax eclipse XDB C8, 150mm i. d column in an oven at 30℃ with the mobile phase MeOH - H2O( 13:7 ) and DAD detector at 250nm were applied. Results : The schizandrol A content in all samples of Fructus schisandrae Chinensis from liaoning province were above 0.4%. Among which the sample from benxi showed the highest content. Conclusion : this method has the advantage of convenience, accuracy and reproducibility.
