摘要
对前期试验分离、筛选到的一株有较高SOD酶生产能力的野生酵母菌株YT-5,经发酵后提取、纯化其SOD酶。对纯化后的SOD酶的热稳定性、耐酸碱性及对蛋白酶耐受性、存放时间等酶学特性进行了研究,发现此菌株产生的SOD酶对热、酸、碱和蛋白酶都有较好的稳定性,也表现出一定的存放稳定性。从酶学特性方面初步鉴定,YT-5可用作微生态制剂生产菌株,且有一定的开发潜力。
With the screened wild SOD-high-produced yeast strain, YT-5, fermented and purifyed SOD produced by the strain, then studying on its enzymology characteristics of thermal stability, effects of pH, protease and keeping time, found that the SOD produced by YT 5 are stable to thermal, protease and stored. Our initial conclusion is that YT-5 is fit for animal micro-organic agents producing strain and has certain latent capacity of development.
