摘要
以大蒜品种G88为试材,以菇渣、锯末、炉渣和泥炭按体积比组成5种基质配方,以土壤栽培为对照;施用消毒鸡粪和有机生态型复合肥,筛选了大蒜无土栽培基质配方。结果表明,各基质配方栽培的大蒜在生长发育、产量及叶片营养元素含量等方面均优于土壤栽培,大蒜的出苗期缩短,鳞芽分化期提早,蒜薹和蒜头成熟期提前,产量显著提高,叶片营养元素含量水平较高。不同配方基质中含有丰富的大量元素、微量元素和有机质,物理性质基本保持稳定,5种配方基质均适合于大蒜的栽培。比较而言,以纯有机基质配方A3(菇渣4+泥炭1)栽培效果最优。
The experiment was conducted to select culture media for soilless culture of garlic from five media formula mixed with used media for mushroom culture, sawdust, slag and peat, taking soil culture as the control and garlic G88 as the testing cultivar, and adding sterilized chicken droppings and organic compound fertilizer. The results showed that the garlic cultivated in all the medias were better in growth, yield and the nutritional element content in the leaves than that cultivated in the soil. The emergence stage was shortened. The stages of clove differentiation, scape and bulb harvest were earlier with higher yields. The mixed culture media formulas were richer in organic matter, mass and trace elements with stable physical characters. The five mixed culture media formulas were suitable for garlic cultivation. Comparatively, the organic culture media formula A3 (4 portion of used media for mushroom culture and 1 portion of peat) was the best.
